Day 14: Wedding Details & RSVP Cards

Happy Wednesday! Hope you’re having a good week so far! Last night I participated in a Backwards Mile race my running club put on. It was crazy fun! It was honestly easier than I expected to get into a running groove but it was also way more tiring than I thought it would be! Fun times. 🙂

Yeah, I carried my camera. And I’m a little crazy. Haha!

I got up early today to have extra time to work on calligraphy. So far this challenge I’ve been a good 2 days ahead of schedule but not right now! Typing this on Wednesday night, the 14th.  I’m looking forward to the weekend to hopefully get a few days ahead of schedule again, I roll better that way!

Good news is I freaking love doing calligraphy! I hopped right out of bed when my alarm went off, grateful for the day off from running so I could squeeze in some extra practice time. I can’t even explain how much I love working on these wedding projects!

Here’s a couple examples of the work I did before scanning it into the computer and putting everything together in Photoshop. I’ve been using Photoshop for about 9 months, pretty much still a total newbie but I get better everyday! It was super overwhelming at first but like mountain biking, once I got it in my head that I wanted to learn how to do it, story’s over. I’m going to teach myself how to do it. Control freak? Maybe. *wink*

One of my favorite sites for learning new Adobe CC skills is Every Tuesday. Check Teela out, she’s amazing, and puts out new content every week. I’ve taken all her classes on Skillshare and learned a ton.

Ok, enough babbling, here’s the RSVP and Details card!

I’m off to see if I remember how to jump on and off my bike! Cyclocross season is here!! 🙂

Thanks for reading, see you tomorrow!
